Section 1

ROUGE  7 NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES ★ 

    We have some topics to be put in place to protect others visiting the club, Staff and the club brand. You do not need a permission to start working at Rouge, but please take note that we have some NON-NEGOTIABLE RULES:

    1 - RESPECT is our major #1 rule. Rouge adheres to the standards of decorum and Linden Lab’s TOS—explicitly prohibiting age play, publicized private discourse, and underage presence. Civility toward our guests is imperative; inclusivity and graciousness in local chat are non-negotiable."

     2 - All kind of tips / tributes / gifts / direct payments and private remunerations (received within the club’s premises or beyond) must be remitted via tip jars, in accordance with club commission policy (20% cut). Rouge Ladies premium content or companion upholds a level of excellence that is both recognized and expected grid-wide. Accordingly, freelance engagements are strongly prohibited. Circumventing this protocol may result in irrevocable termination and expulsion from Rouge.

     3 - Private communications ( Im's ) must be client-initiated. Rouge staff do not IM clients within the venue. Offsim Im's is permissible if prompted by an external ad board interaction or directed toward friendlist off-premises. Direct engagement through your ad board at the club's landing point is likewise encompassed by this exception.

     4 - Adherence to the club’s aesthetics and attire protocol is imperative. Dress code is not optional and Rouge performers must embody elegance, exhibiting a refined aesthetic appearence. For further elucidation on this matter, a more comprehensive exposition may be found in Section 2 of this handbook. (APPEARENCE + DRESS CODE + THEME DAYS).

      - Stage and lapdance rates are fixed; all performers must honor club-mandated rates upon payment. Intimate servicessexare discretionary, contingent upon compliance with minimum rates (see Section 3), and may be declined by Rouge Staff. Should such services be offered, a personal ratecard with pre-established charges is expected.

      6 Rouge uphold a policy of exclusivity and integrity by operating independently, without affiliations to external managers or proprietors of other establishments. To preserve our discreet ambiance and meticulous quality standards, we reserve the right to maintain a semi-exclusive to exclusive environment. Consequently, we employ only those ladies who demonstrate a commitment to our venue, ensuring they do not work or promote/advertise more than 1 additional classy adult establishment alongside their engagement with us. It is imperative that, should you be engaged with any other adult venue besides Rouge, the service rates at such establishments must be equivalent to or exceed those practiced at Rouge.

      7 - Refrain from importing personal misfortunes into Rouge. Emotional fragility is ill-suited to this métier. Your major role is to enchant and gratify clients. This is an adult establishment, so occasional guest rough language is foreseeable and emotional composure is expected from all staff to deal with the unexpected. Of course, should a guest conduct breach to all the bounds of decorum, discreetly apprise a manager or lead for due adjudication.

People are the heart of everything we do at Rouge, wheter it be the customers, the dancers on stage or the employees behind the scenes.

APPEARENCE + DRESS CODE + THEME DAYS

                                                             APPEARENCE  

      ⇾ Rouge Staff, be they newly appointed or seasoned in tenure, are subject to ongoing evaluation, as consistent excellence is the cornerstone of our brand identity. A crucial facet of this excellence lies in your visual presentation. Rouge Ladies are esteemed as paragons of sophistication, and as such, must embody an aesthetic of unparalleled refinement and allure. To this end, management remains at your disposal to offer guidance and aesthetic counsel in maintaining the elevated standard befitting a Rouge Lady.

 Rouge is an upscale establishment, and the Ladies who grace its chambers are not to be regarded as common escorts, disreputable sluts or whores. They are esteemed as high-class Companions or Courtesans, known for their elegance, discretion, and refinement.

 

      In adherence to our visual ethos, Rouge Ladies are expected to maintain a well proportioned, tastefully scaled adult cisgender female human shapenot exceeding 6'00" (1.83 meters) in height. Calibrated height rulers are available in the club’s dressing room for precise self-assessment. Please refrain from excessive proportions, and ensure your avatar conforms to the required anatomical standards, attachments, and complexity levels as detailed below.

PHYSICAL Presentation & AVATAR BODY Standards

      As a high-class performer in our club, your body is one of your primary visual assets and a central part of the client experience. For this reason, maintaining a fit, toned, and well-cared-for physique is highly desirable and strongly encouraged. Bodies that appear overly relaxed, untouched, or lacking visible aesthetic care are not aligned with the club’s vision. Avoid hickeys, bites, injuries, bruises, scars, and cuts on your body. This is not elegant and distorts the image of a high-class woman. Obviously, cellulite marks, small stretch marks and veins are perfectly acceptable when they contribute to the idea of ​​giving more life and realism to your avatar. 

    A full mesh body is requisite; preferred brands include Reborn, Maitreya LaraX and Legacy.
    A
high-quality Bento mesh head is essential, with Lelutka EvoX and Catwa X being most commendably endorse.
    H
air must be of updated and refined mesh quality and low complexity (and should not obscure your breasts when you are topless); recommended brands include Stealthic, Doux, and Magika.
    S
kin must be consistently well-rendered across head and body, free from visible seams or necklines ( 2K HD skins are strongly recommended for optimal visual fidelity ).
    Y
our avatar complexity must remain strictly under 100,000 at all times while present on club premises to ensure a seamless and pleasant experience for both clientele and colleagues.

      A mature or “MILF” aesthetic is acceptable and can be very appealing to a niche of clients. However, it must reflect a woman who takes pride in her appearance someone who demonstrates consistent body care, confidence, tone, and firmness. Maturity should convey elegance, sensuality, and self-maintenance, not neglect.

Your image is part of the club’s identity. Excellence in presentation is not optional ( it is part of your professional commitment to Rouge ). Our brand represents refinement, discipline, and high-class allure. Every performer is expected to embody this standard through a presentation that reflects self-care, physical upkeep, and attention to detail.  .

 Non-Approved Styling Types and elements During Working Hours  

" The club stages are a sanctified space of allure and sophistication, and as such, must remain unblemished by distractions that detract from its luxurious aesthetic and the immersive experience we offer our esteemed guests. "

      Avatars exhibiting hyper-stylized, fantastical or incongruent aesthetics such as anime-inspired forms, child-like features, exaggerated proportions (whether that extreme is large or small), anthropomorphic traits, or those of mythical and fetishized personas (e.g., elves, vampires, nekos, furries, animes, monsters etc) are incompatible with Rouge’s cultivated visual identity.
     ✘ To preserve the venue’s sophistication, animated companions (such as animals, drones, virtual friends, robots, or similar interactive entities) are forbidden on stage.
     ✘ Excessive atachments beyond refined adornments (e.g., fine jewelry) or detracting from a polished and classy presentation are discouraged. Prohibited items include hovertexts, RLV gear, continuous particle emitters, luminous or flexi-prim objects (e.g., flexi hair or flexi clothing), weaponry (firearms, knives, pocket knives, axes, riding crops, whips and similars), heavy scripted or flashing accessories, and disruptive gestures (containing chat spam and non-sexy loud sounds).
     ✘ Face-lights are disallowed, as they compromise the venue’s visual integrity.
     ✘ Real-time translators in local chat are not permitted due to their linguistic imprecision; staff must demonstrate a functional communication of English.

Attention to detail. Hair, makeup, accessories and attatchments should enhance your allure without becoming a distraction.

    

     ⇾ Do recall that consistency in persona warrants equilibrium and trust! Frequent or drastic changes in identity risk alienating rather than engaging others. Clients gradually develop familiarity and affinity with the visage and presence they encounter consistently. Excessive or abrupt alterations may, contrary to intent, undermine the allure and recognizability that you have diligently cultivated, thereby diminishing rather than enhancing appeal.

 Exercise discernment with tattoos & jewerly in general. Designs must avoid vulgarity or crude connotations (e.g., 'fuck me,' 'slut,' 'whore,' or other similar offensive/vulgar terms or imagery). Tattoos should be considered refined accents intended to enhance appearance rather than dominate it. Subtlety conveys elegance; therefore, tasteful placement that preserves visual harmony and grace is required. Additionally, tattoos that reference other venues, brands, or establishments are also discouraged. Avoid excessive use of piercings. Small, delicate piercings can certainly enhance your look and add personality. However, excessive or overly prominent piercings may alienate clients and shift the aesthetic away from what we represent. 

  

     Your profile reflects your personal brand. A refined, well-composed presentation ( paired with a professional photo ) commands greater respect than one lacking substance. Discretion is imperative. Exercise discernment in your associations; abstain from referencing affiliations or venues that diverge from Rouge’s vision (e.g., freelance work or lesser-repute venues). Groups or associations with crude or vulgar connotations must be hidden.

 ★ DRESS CODE  

     Rouge Dress Code reflects a vision rooted in opulence and sensuality. High heels are a must! (an emblem of elegance). Classy Lingerie is our sartorial signature. An intimate, lavish sense of fashion is not merely encouraged, it is essential (Flat soles are discouraged). 

     Staff Members are graciously encouraged to curate and maintain a repertoire of no fewer than 5 distinctive stage outfits, one of which must be predominantly black (specifically reserved for our themed Fridays). These outfits should be thoughtfully constructed to facilitate the independent removal of both upper and lower garments, in alignment with the club’s undressing protocols (as outlined in Section 4 of this Handbook).

STAGE ATTIRE Presentation Standards

    Outfits are expected to be of high class, high aesthetic and technical caliber, including but not limited to lingerie sets (bras, panties, garter belts, stockings, gloves) though indulgent pairings such as lace with fur coats, crop tops with panties, corsets, bikini set and fine bodysuits are equally welcomed. This list represents the essential and most expected attire for daily use on stage, with the exception of Sundays (“Sunday Funday theme day”), when variations are allowed.  

 Stage attire and accessories must highlight sensuality, elegance and the dancer’s physique, which serves as her primary visual signature.

 Attire not suitable for on-duty performances ✘ 

    Outfits that conceal the body, appear casual, resemble everyday or streetwear are not suitable on stage. This includes, but is not limited to: costumes in generalpants, jeans, sneakers, flat soles, shorts, mini-shorts, belts, corporal harness, buckles, thick chains, ropes, skirts, mini-skirts, dresses, mini-dresses, hooded jackets, hats, caps, berets, beanies, sunglasses, headphones, and other similar items. Such pieces detract from the intended visual impact and are therefore inappropriate for stage presentation.  Mini Frilly skirt pieces (lace or ruffles) usually worn at waist height are permitted when they are an intentional part of a lingerie set and enhance the overall sensual aesthetic. In any ambiguous or borderline situation, managerial discretion shall prevail.

Exceptions may be granted exclusively on Sundays, in accordance with the Sunday Funday theme.

    Garments that are excessively sheer (clearly exposing nipples or genitalia) are considered inappropriate for stage presentation. However, tastefully semi-transparent fabrics, which provide visual suggestion without explicit exposure, are acceptable. In any ambiguous or borderline situation, managerial discretion shall prevail..

A Rouge Lady adorns herself with timeless elegance and refinement, embodying the quintessential ideal of feminine grace, never succumbing to the vulgar or the commonplace.

 ★ THEME DAYS  

      Themed days are a mandatory part of our weekly calendar and are observed according to SLT. All performers are expected to embody the theme with elegance and precision.

     Topless Tuesday Dancers are to remain topless throughout the day. Breasts must be fully visible (unobstructed by pasties, sheer fabrics, hair, or any form of concealment. Brassieres incorporating transparent panels or openings are unacceptable); However, a deliberately lowered garment that leaves the breasts well exposed is considered permissible.

     Black Friday  A celebration of sophisticated allure. Attire must be entirely black and classically elegant (preferably lingerie paired with black high-heels). Garters, corsets, stockings, and refined embellishments are most welcome. Non-black clashing elements are discouraged, elegance is regarded as sine qua non. Clients wearing black formalwear and displaying the ROUGE VIP or PATRON/ROYALTY tag receive a 20% reduction on all fixed price - stage / main hall engagements.

     Sunday Funday A liberating exception to our dress code standards. Performers may don playful, provocative costumes or unconventional attire (be it a schoolgirl, nurse or a mistress, superhero ensembles, bold wigs, or whimsical accessories). While the aesthetic remains sensual, this is the only day non-heel (flat) footwear is permitted. Although Sunday Funday theme invites playful creativity through costumes, yet the essence of sensuality remains paramount. Even in whimsical outfits, staff are encouraged to embrace boldness without sacrificing refinement, ensuring the vibe stays chic and alluring.

 ★ ETIQUETTE AND BEHAVIOR - HIGH CLASS CONDUCT ★ 

 

      Rouge Staff are collaborators, not competitors! We cultivate an atmosphere of elegant sensuality, camaraderie, and mutual respect where all members are presumed to be discerning adults and are thus expected to engage one another with decorum and civility. As such, each member of the staff is expected to be an ambassador of the Rouge experience.

 Professional rivalry, envy, gossip, or undermining behavior is strictly prohibited and shall be deemed antithetical to the values ​​of Rouge, liable to action and even expulsion from the club. 

     ⇾ Discreet Departures (RL happens): If real life obligations arise necessitating a temporary or extended absence, kindly excuse yourself from the stage with grace. Use the dressing room or another discreet location for such absences. Occupying the stage implies an intention to perform and active engagement

 Prolonged idleness onstage is discouraged and may warrant temporary removal (ejection) to preserve the club’s prestige and active aesthetic.

     ⇾ Communication & Coordination: The official STAFF GROUP channel must remain open and monitored at all times during shifts. It serves as the central conduit for updates, shift coordination, and emergency directives.

 If you need to leave and the venue may be left unattended, please notify the Staff group in advance, so that an available colleague may step in to ensure the club stage remains active.

   

     ⇾ While Rouge honors individual identity, Staff personal fetishes must be exercised with discretion. External dynamics must never override the club's protocols or disrupt the cohesion and professionalism interfering with staff harmony.

External dynamics as dommes, masters, partners, virtual family and submissive roles must not intersect with your professional role during working hours, which must invariably prioritize the objective of delivering service to clientele with excellence and distinction. Fetish / BDSM props such as RLV collars, cuffs, chains, or any item suggesting restraint or ownership are prohibited within the venue. These may suggest a dynamic incongruent with the club’s refined aesthetic.

Section 3.1

CLIENT PROTOCOL - HOW TO TALK TO ROUGE GUESTS ★   

    " Rouge ladies are to embody peerless companionship  Courtesans bestowing delight upon Kings. "

      Guests usually enter Rouge in pursuit of escapism, indulgence, and refined entertainment. Within these walls, you embody their fantasy (an engaging presence they are drawn to, whether to chit-chat, tip or seek private companionship).

Regular clients may exhibit initial reticence toward unfamiliar staff, requiring time to cultivate ease and rapport. The landing area, set well apart from the main stage, allows the guest to arrive informally and acclimate freely. If they choose not to enter the main hall, grant them the liberty to explore as they wish.

    

     Extend cordiality in local chat, allowing guests full autonomy in choosing company or where to sit (any imposition may seem presumptuous or coercive). Our presence, charm, and artistry speak for themselves. We never solicit tips or offer unsolicited services; rather, we grace the stage with elegance, allowing clients to initiate any negotiations at their discretion. 

Refrain from directly inviting guests to be seated, as some may prefer to remain standing. Instead, extend a gracious welcome and convey that, at Rouge, they are most welcome to make themselves comfortable as they please.

    

     Dancing at Rouge is not a mechanical performance but a refined introduction (an invitation to deeper engagement through elegance and poise). Staff Interaction are welcome when enhancing the guest experience; however, personal or internal matters belong in the Staff channel. A true Rouge performer exemplifies discretion, grace, and a drama-free presence.

Local chat serves as a medium of cultivated allure, aimed at our esteemed clientele, who should be the focal point of all interactions. If a client starts a private conversation ( im ), kindly inform the Staff Group to ensure your colleagues know the client is being assisted and not left unattended.

    

     While every Rouge Lady possess equal charm, clients may exhibit partiality (at times with a lamentable lack of decorum). A professional emotional composure becomes indispensable! Navigating such moments with elegance and discernment is essential in instances where partiality is evident  be it through exclusive tipping, a clear preference for a particular Lady, or direct interaction with her.

 Professional Tone: be ever mindful of the intent behind your chat, gestures and emotes  do they enrich the ambiance and foster shared engagement generating conversation, or is merely a bait seek to divert focus to yourself ?

    

     Kindly exercise discretion and refrain from intervening in the following instances:
     A client is tipping solely a particular Lady.
     A client explicitly solicits the presence or companionship of a specific Lady.
     A client is already seated and engaged in dialogue with a Lady.

If client’s attention lies elsewhere, accept it with poise remaining unoffended. Welcome all clients courteously in local chat, yet abstain from interced when another Lady is clearly the object of their interest. ”  

    

     If a guest brings up disquieting subjects (be it politics, religion, misfortunes or any annoying matter) indulge them briefly with grace, then change the discourse toward something more positive, alluring, and vivacious. Uphold the comportment of a woman of refined stature: ever-amiable, ever-elevated. People linger only where they feel esteemed. 

 Soliciting exclusivity or discouraging clients from tipping others is both unbecoming and strictly forbidden. Petty jealousy and juvenile conduct have no place at Rouge.

 SUPPLEMENTARY DIRECTIVES TO FURTHER ENHANCE COMMUNICATIVE EFFICACY

     ⇾ Kindly refrain from habitual use of exaggerated emotes, puerile giggles, moans, or excessive messaging out of context ( such antics are neither alluring nor professional ). Refrain from using acronyms or colloquial jargon, as such informality may diminish the elegance of our ambiance and risk alienating discerning clientele.

      A High Class Courtesan is expected to exhibit refined linguistic sophistication ( eschewing crude slang, abbreviations, or casual phrasing ). Endeavor to use full, articulate language when addressing clients, ideally with appropriate honorifics such as Sir, Madam, or Mr./Ms, and ensure their names are spelled with precision. Avoid overtly vulgar terminology (e.g., pussy, dick, tits) and instead opt for evocative expressions (e.g., flower, manhood, breasts), in keeping with Rouge’s sensual yet elegant aesthetic.

      ✰ Exemplary: Good evening, Mr. Ames. How are you this evening, Sir?
      ✰ Inappropriate: Hiiiii Ames, hru 2day luv?

     ✓ Kindly extend courteous greetings to fellow Staff members colleagues (such decorum reflects the refined social acumen expected of high-class Courtesan).

      ✘ Do not leave your microphone open with domestic noise audible it shatters immersion. Voice is encouraged, but please employ push-to-talk. If voicing, use your natural voice with discretion.

 " Refrain from addressing guests with nicknames in local chat, as it may convey undue favoritism and imply a sense of exclusivity unbecoming of a Rouge Lady. Elegance lies in impartiality  refer to guests by their names, maintaining a tone of refined professionalism. "

A CLIENT HAS EXPRESSED INTEREST IN MEETING you OUTSIDE OF THE CLUB WITHOUT COMPENSATION. HOW SHOULD you APPROPRIATELY ADDRESS THIS MATTER?

 

     Sometimes guests would like to pursue a friendship or simply invite to meet you outside of Rouge (be it for leisure, diversion or any other reason) gracefully refer them to Companion Experience / Girlfriend Experience  listed on your rate card, gently noting that such offsim interactions are a premium service. This elegantly communicates that your time holds value, even outside the club. Those with genuine intentions will acquiesce; others seeking gratuity will naturally desist.

 External fraternization is strictly prohibited. Socializing without compensation diminishes perceived value and undermines our standard.

       

      Be aware that when a client requests to maintain contact outside of SL (for example, via Discord or other external platforms), this is also considered a premium service and doing it free of charge means socializing without compensation. Any form of ongoing, individual, or personalized contact beyond SL must be properly compensated. For this personalized interaction, a weekly registration fee of at least L$ 2000 is strongly recommended. This guideline exists to protect the value of the performers’ time, ensure fair compensation, and maintain professional boundaries.

     ⇾ Should reluctance persist, kindly reiterate that Rouge maintains a non-negotiable policy prohibiting external engagements, safeguarding both your worth and the club’s prestige.

 Once gratuity is granted, recompense becomes improbable; absent exclusivity or enticement, patronage wanes, supplanted by boredom or diversion elsewhere, as the arrangement no longer presents a sense of exclusivity or discernible value.

    

vERY IMPORTANT

     Any romantic involvement with clientele is deemed unprofessional, impermissible, and potentially detrimental to the integrity of the establishment and the well-being of fellow colleagues. It may also constitutes a flagrant breach of Major Rule #2, as it may be construed as offering services without the club’s rightful share. Should such an indiscretion occur, both individuals involved shall be subject to expulsion from the Rouge’s premises.

  CLUB RATES ( STAGE RATES / SEMI-PRIVATE SERVICES / PRIVATE SERVICES )

Stage Rates refer to the Tip-based protocol for stripping performances and expressions of gratitude delivered  Thanks on Lap interactions. While all tips must be sincerely appreciated regardless of amount, select amounts correspond with the progressive removal of garments, as detailed below.

     Stage Rates ( Tip-Based Stripping Protocol Etiquette ):

      Topless — Upon reaching L$ 250 in total (cumulative tips), gracefully remove your top.

      Bottomless — Upon reaching L$ 500 in total (cumulative tips), gracefully remove your bottoms.

      Thanks on Lap    A single tip of L$ 250+, permits seated thanks (max 5 minutes).
             (Bonus)         A single tip of L$ 500+, permits seated thanks (max 10 minutes                                                                 A single tip of L$ 1000+, permits seated thanks (max 20 minutes)

     IMPORTANT: Thanks on Lap is presented solely upon a singular, qualifying tip. The full amount is required in a single tip of at least L$ 250. If the client keep tipping during your performance, you may (at your discretion) gracefully prolong the engagement in proportion to the amounts tendered. Moderation is always advised.

     When multiple Staff are tipped simultaneously, coordinate Thanks on Lap harmoniously with fellow colleagues in Staff Group Chat. Adhere to tipping order when possible; when applicable, a manager or lead may assist with the order sequence. ⇾ please comply and avoid excessiveness

↓ " And what if the patron's sole intention is to be generous, desiring no recompense in return for their tips ? "

     ⇾ Clients may request that you remain dressed, that you refrain from emotes or abstain from joining them on the seat. If such circumstances arise, you are at liberty to honor their preference; however, it is imperative that you promptly notify the club staff group chat to ensure transparency and that all staff are duly informed that your actions are not a rule violation or a disregard toward client expectations.

Be conscientiously mindful that when a client ask you to stay dressed after tip you, this state is contingent upon not receiving tips from other clients. In the event that another guest tips you, adherence to the Rouge protocol must be followed without exception, regardless of the tip value.

     " Thanks on Lap " is a brief, gracious gesture of gratitude for generous tipping—an elegant fusion of charm, flirtation, and finesse. It is NOT a formal service nor an extended engagement, but a fleeting, tasteful acknowledgment (typically lasting a few minutes) designed to honor generosity and kindle rapport.

     It is not:
      A service or ongoing engagement.
      A prolonged interaction.

     It is:
      A dignified reward for notable generosity.
      A refined moment of seductive appreciation, potentially cultivating interest in private time.

     Use prudence! Express sincere gratitude for the tip with dignity, but if the client not choose to sit voluntarily, refrain from imposition or directly asking them to do so, as it may come across as overly eager or pushy.

     In instances of multiple performers on stage, a lead or manager may discreetly coordinate within the Staff group chat to abbreviate Thanks on Lap times, ensuring all participants have a timely opportunity to perform.

     Exception Clause: In extraordinary instances, at the discretion of a club lead or manager, a distinguished courtesy may be offered, allowing a client to receive proper Thanks on Lap when their aggregated high-value contributions or cumulative tipping donated via the " Tip’em All Jar " surpasses a substantial threshold (e.g., L$ 2,000), even if individual allocations to each performer fall below L$ 250.

 Adhere to club rates and durations; undercutting prices or prolongation times is discouraged. Stage prices are fixed across all Staff, so punctual and decorous execution is expected.

 TIP JAR RESET AND REDRESS ALIGNEMENT (WHEN TO RESET / REDRESS) ? 

 Redressing in front of guests is deemed inelegant, ungracious and unprofessional; please always utilize the dressing room for attire adjustments. Resetting the tip jar has an intrinsic correlation with redressing

    

     One Tipper Protocol (Refined & Concise):

     If a client has tipped you for strip, it is expected to remain undressed until their departure as a gesture of appreciation. However, if their stay become inordinately prolonged without further tips, the elegant course is to discreetly and courteously excuse yourself to the dressing room for a couple minutes, redress, reset your tipjar, and return (unless you opt to remain firm undressed until their departure). Your discernment is trusted.

     Multiple Tippers Protocol (Refined & Concise):

     In instances where multiple clients tip for strip, remain undressed until their departure. In the absence of ongoing tips for a long period of time, you may courteously excuse to the dressing room to redress, reset your tipjar, and return (alternatively, you may remain undressed until the final guest departs, per your professional discretion). Your discernment is expected in preserving guest satisfaction.

For a brief couple minutes trip to the dressing room to redress, it is not necessary to log out your jar. Comment in the staff group chat, go to the dressing room, redress, reset your jar, and come back to the stage.

 If the client leave and no other guests are present in the main hall, a quick and subtly on-stage redressing is acceptable. When in doubt, always defer to the dressing room to uphold decorum.

     Please note that the state of the dancer’s outfit must be aligned with the amount collected in the tip jar. When a tip jar is reset, the dancer is expected to redress accordingly, ensuring that their level of undress accurately reflects the current value shown in the jar. This alignment is essential to maintain fairness, transparency, and consistency in performances. Tip progress and wardrobe state should always move together, as they represent the same performance cycle.

  SEMI-PRIVATE SERVICES

   Semi-Private Services are offered at a fixed price of L$ 750 per 15-minute session and constitutes an on-demand service, excluding all forms of sexual content (be it oral stimulation, foreplay or penetrative acts). Commonly involving Lap Dances, it may be executed in the club main hall or in designated semi-private areas ⇾ such as the Vip Lounge on the mezzanine (second floor), the Fetish Hall, or the Chillax SPA ( access to which is contingent upon the client’s authorization credentials ).

     Semi-Private Rates ( Tip-Based Etiquette ):

     ✰ Lap dance Upon receiving a single tip of L$ 750, graciously offer the client a 15-minute Lap Dance.

     Semi-Private Services may also be qualified as one of the following alternatives below: 

      Cuddle or Lap Cuddle;
      Couple’s Dance;
      Exclusive and dedicated company or chat; ( e.g., per client request in other club areas )
      Light BDSM practices; (e.g., A gentle and refined engagement in light BDSM practices such as foot fetish reverences or ceremonial floor worship).

      ✰ Exclusive Body Massage Exclusively offered within the serene ambiance of Rouge's Chillax Spa, the Body Massage is a distinguished non-sexual service reserved solely for our esteemed Patron Members. This indulgent 30-minute experience by request is available for a single tip of L$ 1,000.

     IMPORTANT: Semi-Private Services are NOT conferred as a result of cumulative tipping. The full amount is required in a single tip to qualify.

 A client may proffer successive tips, however, this must not be construed as implicit intent for relocation from the main hall. Such requirements are solely upon unequivocal solicitation and should not be presumed automatically by the act of tipping, regardless of the amount.

  PRIVATE SERVICES

     Private Services starts at a minimum rate of L$ 1,500 and constitutes all intimate liaisons including oral, foreplay or penetration actions ( Sex Included ). It should be conducted preferably within the club’s private suites, on a semi-private / exclusive member areas or If required—at the patron’s appointed venue.

      Each Courtesan retains autonomy in setting her Private Service Rates; however, per club ordinance, the following minimum prices must be respected and clearly indicated on one’s personal rate card, in intervals of 15, 30, or 60 minutes, as delineated by the standard offering below. 

     Private Service Rates ( Tip-Based Etiquette ):

      Private Text Service  L$ 1,500 is the minimum requisite for a 15-min
                                                 L$ 2,500 is the minimum requisite for a 30-min
                                                 L$ 4,500 is the minimum requisite for a 60-min

      Private Voice Service  L$ 2,500 is the minimum requisite for a 15-min
                                                   L$ 4,500 is the minimum requisite for a 30-min
                                                   L$ 8,500 is the minimum requisite for a 60-min

     ✰ Private Webcam Service  — L$ 5,000 is the minimum requisite for a 15-min
                                                   L$ 9,500
is the minimum requisite for a 30-min
                                                   L$ 18,500
is the minimum requisite for a 60-min

      Lovense Interactive Service For a private session including a complete control of the Lovense device, L$ 7,500 minimum shall be observed for a 15-minute session.

I HAVE RECEIVED A DIRECT PAYMENT, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

      If a client pay you directly, make sure to deposit the equivalent amount into one of the club's the tip jar and notify the club staff group chat to ensure transparency. All remunerations MUST be processed via the club official tip jars, in accordance with the Non-negotiable Rule #2—this is absolute.

 Knowingly bypassing tipjar protocol by accepting and retaining direct payments constitutes a grave breach of protocol and may result in immediate expulsion. Rouge employs discreet monitors to audit integrity and report transgressions.

    

    IMPORTANT: Explicit sexual acts (such as oral or penetration) are prohibited within the club’s main hall, save for sanctioned events or managerial-approved client requests.

TIME COMMITMENT + DISPLAY BOARDS + INCENTIVES ★

     Rouge thrives on presence. A vibrant club attracts clients, tips, and momentum. Thus, a noble expectation is set: Staff are to contribute consistent, visible hours.

     Minimum Attendance:
         All Staff are expected to work 20h / month ( ideally 5h/week ).

Sporadic appearances preclude progress. Presence begets patronage and prosperity.

     Non-Compliance:
          Failure to meet a minimum of 10h / month  without prior notice  may result in removal of tags and ad boards. Reinstatement requires a new joining fee. Note: All fees are non-refundable.

No single soul bears the burden of our traffic  Rouge is a collective pursuit.

     Display Ad Boards ( L$ 300 / month ):
          Staff are encouraged to rent an exclusive display ad board. These signal availability, enhance visibility, and dignify your presence. Though optional, they are essential for growth.

     Compensation & Rewards:

  • Hourly wage base rate: L$ 5/h (for every uninterrupted hour).

  • Bonus tier: Working 40h/month grants free 30 days ad board renewal and doubles hourly wage to L$10/h for the following month.

" When working, endeavor to stay at least 1 hour per shift (presence often invites company)".

TAGS AND ROLES

 ★ SPEAK TO MANAGEMENT! ★

      ★ Speak to Management! is your entry point, the very first title you receive upon joining the Rouge Hotel Club staff group. As a New Staff, you are in an observation-only phase (not able to join the group chat and receive notices). With that tag active, you’re welcome to explore the space with access to the staff restritcted dressing room to obtain more support material for your journey, absorb the atmosphere, and familiarize yourself with club etiquette, but you are not yet active in any operational role. 

     To move forward, as soon as you feel confident enough to take the stage, you must request a Manager to add you to the Trainee role, having the “ouge Trainee” title in your group window. Only after this step will you begin formal onboarding, shadow shifts, and role-specific training, having access to join the group chat and receive internal messages.

Rouge New members who don't request their Trainee tittle within 30 days may be removed from the group (and will be charged a new registration fee to rejoin)."

 ★ ROUGE TRAINEE ★

     ★ ℜouge Trainee is conferred to all new Dancers and Courtesans ⇾ regardless of prior experience ⇽ as probationary designation requiring diligence, elegance, and commitment. The amount of time to go through the training is generally contingent upon fulfilling a 30–60 day period, with a minimum of 30 working hours for assessment.

     Should any aspect of your presentation, whether aesthetic (profile, attire, or physiognomy), behavioral, or linguistic require refinement, feedback will be rendered constructively by the club Leads or Managers. This interim phase, allows management to holistically assess your professionalism, adherence to club ethos, comprehension of protocol and overall alignment with Rouge’s distinguished image and clientele expectations.

Upon evaluation, your progression will be determined: advancement, trainee extension, or tutoring for specific improvement may follow.

     Once considered ready, a manager or designated lead shall initiate your promotion. Where needed, a mentor may offer a final adaptation deadline. Promotions are conferred by managerial discretion upon satisfactory integration and performance.

Originality is welcomed ⇾ so long as it is polished and allgned to Rouge's vision.

     Important criteria assessed during the training period:

     Courteous comportment toward clients and colleagues;
     ✓ Receptivity to managerial coaching and corrective feedback;
     ✓ Evident progression based on guidance received;
     ✓ English communication absent reliance on translators;
     ✓ Demonstrated eagerness, positivity, and adaptability;
     ✓ Diligence, consistency, and time investment;
     ✓ Grasp of Rouge’s sophisticated ethos and aesthetic;
     ✓ Completion of a ratecard (Courtesans should have a 15, 30, 60-minute private pricing)
     ✓ Curated profile featuring decent quality imagery and a polished description
     ✓ Mandatory profile pick promoting Rouge landmarked to club landing point (content is self-styled but subject to managerial review and revision)
     ✓ Both STAFF and VIP groups must be visible; (exceptions for privacy must be pre-approved and require all other groups hidden and an expected active in-club AD Board).

     Meeting these prerequisites is essential for integration into the Rouge culture. The Trainee period is your moment to make an impeccable first impression ⇾ seize it. 

 Final authority on trainee evaluations, extensions, and promotions lies solely with Rouge Management.

    

     Noncompliance with these criteria of the terms previously set out in this article may result in your dismissal from the Rouge workforce.

     ★ ℜouge Beauty is the quintessential role for Dancers and Courtesans who have completed their Trainee tenure. They are entrusted with upholding club decorum and embodying the excellence of the Rouge brand through consistent engagement.

     Eligibility & Expectations
      To attain and retain the ouge Beauty title, one must:

      Fulfill Trainee prerequisites (refer to Trainee section above if uncertain).
      Sustain the standards that merited promotion.
      Exhibit refined aesthetics (seamless skin, premium attire, grooming).
      Possess an array of high-caliber stage outfits
      Demonstrate mastery of club protocols and etiquette.
      Maintain a well-curated profile and portrait
      Consistency, and time investment;
      Participate in a training session with a manager or designated lead, if requested.

     subject to managerial sanction and continuous status.

     Privileges and Responsibilities
      Exclusive free access to open The Terrace and The Penthouse, our private suites.
      Authority to eject unruly guests or impostors.

     Note: Recurrent lapses, negligence of standards or waning dedication may result in demotion and reentry into the trainee program.

With poise and discipline, they follow the club's highest standards, guiding the team, exemplifying excellence, and stewarding the stage with decorum. Beyond aesthetic prowess, they serve as emissaries of our brand  exclusive, exacting, and indispensable to the club’s seamless orchestration and prestige."

Elite title is not intended for all staff members. It is reserved for consummately loyal staff, bound by irrevogable exclusivity.

      To attain and retain the Elite title, one must:

      Exhibit high standard of excellence and consistency for a minimum of 3 months as a Beauty.
      Be proactively helpful, discerning, vigilant, and responsive to club's managerial needs and misconduct.

      Embody quiet confidence (without seeking ostentation or external validation).
      Be well-versed in club etiquette, demonstrating fluency in club decorum and protocol.
      Possess eloquence and attentive listening in all interpersonal exchanges.
      Persist with commitment and professionalism, grace and diligence, irrespective of attendance.
      Represent Rouge exclusively and proudly, with such allegiance declared noted in profile.

      Display the Rouge Staff, VIP and Patron groups publicly in their profile group list.

Entrusted with supreme authority, the Rouge Managers adjudicate all internal affairs ⇾ discipline, dismissals, disputes, and dignified representation before clientele and beyond.

Section 7

MANAGEMENT / COACHING

     We aim to foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels comfortable asking questions, as well as receiving feedback or guidance when expectations outlined in the club's terms are not being met. If you are ever unsure about a question, please refer to this document for clarity.

    While vigilance is esteemed, we kindly ask all Staff to honor the chain of command. Coaching and correction rest solely with Management unless expressly delegated. Should a colleague falter, discreetly apprise a Manager rather than intervene directly.

Kindly refrain from offering unsolicited coaching, as that responsibility lies with the management team.

    

     Direct concerns via IM to a Madam; if none are present, address a lead (Prestige / Elite). In their absence, address the Staff Group or dispatch a notecard or offline message delineating your concern.

Occasional lapses may warrant courteous reminders ⇾ never to be taken personally. Management’s role is to uphold excellence, not to admonish.

    

      Your contributions do not go unnoticed ⇾ Rouge Staff epitomize excellence in Second Life. We cherish your dedication and have devised a means to honor your role in elevating Rouge. While real life rightfully takes precedence, a modicum of commitment reflects camaraderie and mutual regard.

      Do not use the misdeeds of others as justification for not following club rules or policies. If certain behaviors continue despite feedback and support, management will follow up with you directly. If we are unable to find a solution together, we may need to consider if Rouge is the right place for you.

Appreciate and show due respect for the efforts of the club’s management. Although they hold managerial positions, Leads and Managers are also performers, just like the other ladies. Therefore, strive to ease their responsibilities by being a valuable asset to the team, rather than a burden they must bear.

    

We reserve the rights to remove anyone without warning if we consider an incident to be inexcusable.

" AD Boards and group fees will not be refunded under any circumstances ".
